The Object of the Lean Transformation Game
Players run their own individual work stations in a factory, where they must fulfill orders by producing high-quality products on time.
In order to meet demand and improve efficiency, players learn how to implement new Lean processes and increase production speed.
Watch out for inefficiencies and defects, as these overload the Quality Control department at significant costs!

Setting Up a Game
Instructors have an extensive set of features and options for creating a custom Lean Game.
Customize game layout, products and customer demand.
Set multiple rounds with incremental improvements to impact performance.

Hosting and Gameplay
Once set up, invite participants into the “factory” and let the games begin!

Players play each role using the mouse and under time pressure.
