The Object of the Lean Transformation Game

Players run their own individual work stations in a factory, where they must fulfill orders by producing high-quality products on time.

In order to meet demand and improve efficiency, players learn how to implement new Lean processes and increase production speed.

Watch out for inefficiencies and defects, as these overload the Quality Control department at significant costs!

When competing with other factories (teams), the winner delivers the most market-ready products at the lowest cost.
